Dr Ahmed Al-Amin
Dr Ahmed Al-Amin (MD FRAZCOG DDU) is a Specialist Obstetrician Gynaecologist Sonologist based at Monash Ultrasound for Women.
After completing formal training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dr Al-Amin undertook further training in ultrasound at the Royal Women’s Hospital, and the Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg.
Today he works as a Consultant Sonologist at Monash Ultrasound for Women, Ultrasound Centre for Women Geelong, the Royal Women’s Hospital, Joan Kirner Women’s and Children’s Sunshine Hospital and Barwon Health. Dr Al-Amin also continues to work clinically as an experienced O&G in Geelong.
Dr Al-Amin enjoys speaking with his patients and explaining the ultrasound findings during a scan. He takes the time to understand each patient, with attention to detail and compassion.
